Cancellation & Refunds

1. Scope

This Cancellation & Refunds Policy applies to all services and online payments made through SAI NGO & BUSINESS CONSULTANCY ("we", "us"). It covers registrations, consultancy fees, training payments and other paid services offered on ngotrust.in.

2. Cancellation by Client

• If you wish to cancel a service or booking, please contact us at +91 86034 56708 or email us via the contact form on our website.
• Cancellations for events or training are accepted up to 7 business days before the scheduled date for a full refund (unless otherwise stated in the specific event terms).
• Cancellations within 7 business days of the service/event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Non-refundable Items

• Fees for services already rendered (consultations completed, documents submitted to authorities) are non-refundable.
• Payment gateway charges or third-party transaction fees are generally non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the gateway fee may be deducted.

4. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases, we may cancel a training session or service due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you will be offered:

• Option to reschedule to the next available slot; or
• Full refund of the paid amount (including taxes), processed within our stated timelines.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds are initiated once the cancellation request is approved.
• We will process refunds to the original payment method used.
• Refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days.
