This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Sai NGO & Business Consultancy through https://ngotrust.in. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Nature of Services

Sai NGO & Business Consultancy is a private consultancy firm providing assistance for:

• NGO Registration (Trust, Society, Section 8 Company)
• 12A, 80G, CSR-1, NGO Darpan
• Business Registration, GST, Income Tax, and related services

All services are consultancy-based and do not constitute government services.

3. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation before the initiation of service. All cancellation requests must be made via phone or email.

4. No Refund After Service Initiation

Once the service process has started, no refund will be provided. This includes situations where consultation has been completed, documents have been prepared, or applications have been submitted.

5. Advance Payments

All advance or booking payments are non-refundable. Payment confirms the client’s intention to proceed with the service.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Payment made but service has not been initiated
• Duplicate payment made by mistake

All refund requests are subject to review and approval.

7. No Guarantee of Approval

Sai NGO & Business Consultancy does not guarantee approval of any application or registration. Approval depends on government authorities, document verification, and applicable laws.

No refund will be provided in case of rejection, delay, or non-approval.

8. Cancellation by Company

In rare cases, the company may cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client may be offered rescheduling or a refund, if applicable.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and will be credited to the original payment method.

10. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. No refund will be issued for issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
