What Is MMLKUVB and Why This EOI Matters

MMLKUVB operates under the Department of Industries, Government of Jharkhand, with a mandate to support small and cottage enterprises across the state. The Board provides technical guidance, financial support, marketing assistance, and cluster development activities, alongside training programmes and skill development initiatives aimed at self-employment.

This particular EOI seeks to empanel Training Partners who will deliver hands-on craft training to identified beneficiary groups and then connect those beneficiaries to real buyers and markets, not just teach a skill and walk away.

Who Is Eligible to Apply for This EOI?

MMLKUVB has kept eligibility broad, but with one firm condition:

1. Registered agencies and firms

2. Co-operative Societies

3. NGOs (registered under the Societies Act, Trust Act, or Section 8 of the Companies Act)

4. Individuals with relevant experience

Mandatory condition: the applying agency must have a registered and operating office within Jharkhand. This cannot be waived.
